The answer may surprise you! Each staging job is unique to the property. In some cases, especially when a seller is still living in the property, Kelley will guide the sellers in how to use their own furniture to make the property shine. This is a complimentary service. There’s also opportunity to incorporate a full design service, which is often paid at close in commission adjustments, so the cost is not out of pocket. The best solution will be discussed and ultimately chosen by the seller(s).
Sellers are never obligated to do work or stage a home. The best selling strategy will be something discussed during the listing appointment. If you are not able to prepare your home for market, and do not wish to employ Kelley’s services, you may opt for a sales strategy that avoids the prep work.
